Having quickly established itself as a cultural hub over the past 18 months, 140 is again taking the Pop-up Project to the next level, adding four exciting new names to the vibrant collective of artists and independent retailers.

The month of August will see the opening of Generics Accessories, Garth Cook and much anticipated return of Perth artist, Pippa McManus. Tartine Cafe will also open its doors in October, enhancing the ever-improving Perth specialty coffee scene.

GARTH COOK

West Australian designer Garth Cook, will call 140 the home of his new studio/retail space from August. This wunderkind designer, has previously featured on the runways of Sydney, Melbourne and Perth fashion weeks and more reccently held his first stand-alone show here at 140. His new collection 'This Is Not Resort' will be available for purchase at 140 as of August.

 TARTINE CAFE

Melbourne food and coffee hot spot Tartine, has big plans to enhance the ever-improving Perth specialty coffee scene. Serving a range of natural sourdough baguettes with gourmet fillings, French pastries, gluten free breads, biscuits and a specially selected 4 bean coffee blend from Five Senses. The Friendly team will open their doors in October, serving great coffee and delicious food with a smile.

GENERICS ACCESSORIES

A dynamic range of ultra-cool handbags, clutches, belts and jewellery from around the globe. Inspired by the love of travel, culture, music and fashion icons, the Generics brand is savvy, versatile and above all completely affordable. The Generics team are set to open their doors late August, bringing an exciting range of handbags, clutches, wallets, belts, earrings, pendants, cuffs, rings hats, eyewear and headwear, to 140.

 PIPPA MCMANUS

After huge success in her 'A is for Arizona' exhibition, Perth artist, Pippa McManus returns to 140 Perth. During her rapid rise in the industry, Pippa has collaborated with renowned Perth artist, Stormie Mills, costume designer Leon Krasenstein, fashion designer, Aurelio Costarella and fellow 140 Pop-up Project resident, Zara Bryson. Pippa McManus will open her studio space mid August, with another exhibition scheduled for December. If you missed her last exhibition, this is a must see.

PERTH CENTRAL DENTAL CENTRE

The smiling faces of Perth Central Dental Centre have joined the 140 team.
