140 had great success at the 2013 Property Council of Australia
Shopping Centre Awards held at the Crown on Friday the 12th of
April.
The 60 Excellence in Marketing and Management submissions received

retail places in WA for consumers to live, shop, work and play but
also the innovative organisations and dynamic individuals managing
these centres.

Branding/Repositioning award for a centre under
15,000sqm.
In addition, 140 was awardedExcellence
in Marketing as an Overall Category Winner across
Branding/Repositioning, Community and Sales Promotion for a centre
under 15,000sqm.
