140 had great success at the 2013 Property Council of Australia Shopping Centre Awards held at the Crown on Friday the 12th of April.

The 60 Excellence in Marketing and Management submissions received defined the outstanding achievement, and contribution to the community, made by each shopping centre Owner and Manager within Western Australia. The submissions not only showcased the vibrant retail places in WA for consumers to live, shop, work and play but also the innovative organisations and dynamic individuals managing these centres.

140 was nominated for 'The 140 Pop-up Project' and took out the Excellence in Marketing; Branding/Repositioning award for a centre under 15,000sqm.

In addition, 140 was awardedExcellence in Marketing as an Overall Category Winner across Branding/Repositioning, Community and Sales Promotion for a centre under 15,000sqm.

A huge congratulations to Cbus Property and the Jones Lang LaSalle Building Management Team for such an incredible performance to add to last year's national Shopping Centre News award for 'The 140 Pop up Project'.
